The apartment is suitable for couples, solo travellers, business guests and guests travelling with a child. It can accommodate up to 3 adults.



The Space:

The apartment combines sleeping, living and dining areas. It features a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality bed linen and a selection of pillows, as well as a sofa bed providing an additional sleeping space. Guests also have access to a Smart TV with cable channels and a coffee table. The windows overlook a green inner courtyard.



The interior has been designed in a modern, minimalist style. Light shades of grey and beige are combined with wooden slats, decorative lighting and black accents, creating a cosy and harmonious space.



The functional kitchenette is equipped with a fridge and freezer, an induction hob and an electric kettle. Guests also have access to crockery, cutlery, pots, a frying pan and basic utensils needed to prepare their own meals. A washing machine is integrated into the kitchen units. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is provided.



Next to the kitchenette, there is a table with chairs that can be used both for dining and as a workspace for a laptop.



The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower featuring a rainfall showerhead and glass enclosure, a washbasin with a cabinet, a large mirror, a toilet and a heated towel rail. Geometric tiles in the shower area add a decorative touch. Hotel-quality towels, a hairdryer and a basic set of toiletries – shower gel, shampoo and soap – are provided.
