”Clean, right of the interstate. Newer facility. Rooms were quiet. Staff was very friendly.”

”Had to ring bell several times and called front desk several times before a man strolled his way up the hall to assist me and a line of people behind me. Man seemed disconnected with reality and if someone if going through something that bad they need not be at work or either he hates his job and needs to find his happiness elsewhere.”

”No amenities. Budget motel on side of interstate, clean and quiet property with friendly staff, though a little outdated and patched over as cheaply as possible. A no-frills option for an evening stopping thru if you don’t want to drop a lot of coin.”

”the room was dirty, there was a dirty like tissue stuck in the peephole on the door. there was a like luggage tag on the floor. when I looked at the sheets there was hair on the bed and a hole in it. there were a couple bugs in the room but a lot of bugs on the walkway to the room. I ended up leaving but they wouldn't give me a full refund charged me a cleaning fee for a room that was dirty when I walked in.. really horrible first experience in this town”

”Staff personnel was less than kind to my wife as I made the reservation in my name and paid ahead of time for my wife and Mother in law. Forgive me for making the reservation in my name!!!! He didn’t believe my wife with same last name and address was related to me!!! But I digress! They got in and slept well. Please be more kind.”

”We were very disappointed with our recent stay. The pool was dirty, and on the first morning there were no breakfast items available. We were told the delivery truck hadn’t arrived, but our college reunion had been booked months in advance, and there were more than 15 people in our group staying at the hotel. The pool situation was especially concerning. Several members of our group ended up cleaning the pool themselves and even contacted a local pool company to test the water to ensure it was...

”When we first checked in, the staff was great, but when we had to extend our stay, they seemed to catch a attitude. I'm willing to give them another chance , because maybe the just had a bad day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend.”

”Evidently our reservation was cancelled and even though we had a confirmation number, the "system" didn't recognize it and they had no rooms available. Although, with the looks of the other guests and open containers of alcohol I think they did us a favor and we stayed at the Hampton Inn instead and enjoyed a beautiful and comfortable stay.”

”Comfy bed/ pillows. Huge shower. Huge room. Friendly staff. I was impressed with room. especially since the price was a lot better than anything in the city. We didn’t expect breakfast since it didn’t say it on the booking but they had it. The breakfast was too fatty/ greasy/ buttery for my taste. Starbucks is a short walking which was nice.”

”First of all when we first got in the room there was a strong smell of mildew and dried urine on the toilet seat. I called the front desk and they came down and cleaned the toilet seat. Then I couldn’t sleep because I was itching like crazy. I finally fell asleep after the sun came up and had to check out by 11am. When I woke up my left arm was swollen pretty bad. Later that evening I went to the ER to have it checked out and found out I was bitten multiple times all over my body by bed bugs. I...
