Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Geelong.



This spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom townhouse offers the perfect base for families, couples, or groups looking to enjoy everything this vibrant coastal city has to offer.



Ideally located just a short walk to the beach, skilled Stadium, and all of Geelong’s best cafés, restaurants, and shops, you’ll find everything you need right at your doorstep.



Upstairs, the home features three generously sized bedrooms and a central bathroom, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. Each bedroom is light-filled and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to settle in for a weekend or an extended stay.



Downstairs, you’ll find an open-plan living and dining area that flows into a well-equipped kitchen — perfect for cooking up a meal or sharing a glass of wine at the end of the day. Family weekender

The house was a comfortable size for three adults and three teens. Great central location, quiet street with plenty of on street parking available. Host was very responsive to communication. Beds were comfy, great heating for a very chilly weekend.

Untidy Accommodation

We read previous reviews and booked this place, it turned out to be one huge and disgusting disappointment. Very very untidy accomodation. Hairs on bed, cat urine smell in bedroom, dusty bedsheet and pillows. Untidy towels. Dishwasher packed with dirty dishes. Location is then only good things about this place.

Not a good experience

Our experience at this Stayz property was extremely disappointing. When we checked in around 2:40 PM, the place was completely unclean. The beds upstairs were unmade, the toilet and kitchen still had the previous guests’ belongings and rubbish, and the toilet seat was broken. The kitchen counters had toast crumbs, and we found old chip packets and rubbish on the sofas, under the beds, and around the property.We contacted the host, but their response was minimal. A cleaner arrived but only agreed to make the beds and wipe down the toilet and shower. There was no sense of responsibility or care for the condition of the property. On top of that, we were provided with only one toilet roll for a group of four adults and two kids. We had to buy our own, and the next day, they brought us just one extra roll, which was still not enough.Before we could even begin to enjoy our stay, we had to vacuum and clean the entire property ourselves. This was supposed to be a special trip for our 10-year anniversary, but instead of making good memories, we were left with a terrible experience. We would not recommend this property to anyone. We will be seeking some sort of compensation for the condition of the property.

Good location but some issues

Good position handy to the Cadel Evans race start but we were awakened at midnight by a couple trying to get in who claimed they were also booked in for that night (not through Stayz). Toilet seat broken in the up -stairs toilet. No soap or toilet paper.

Comfortable and well equipped

We stayed for one night and quite enjoyed this home. It’s very spacious - would easily accommodate large families - and the beds were very comfortable. Also walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants.

The property was very spacious, maintained well and nice fixtures, happy with our stay. There were some areas that could be improved - Was disappointed the owner was uncontactable - phone calls went straight to voicemail and no reply to text message. There was a dirty dish left in the sink and a used bath towel on the upstairs balcony. Recommend removing the racially offensive “toilet” sign on the downstairs toilet.
