200 dollar cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30 for the first 30 minutes, and $60 for every 30-minutes after this.

Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be AU180 dollars+ key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
