”It was supposed to be a city view but was a view of a wall of the pool facility and it sounded like a lawn mower was on ALL night with no way to drown the sound out. We had a Horrible sleep, the layout of the room was weird and didn’t make sense, our luggage didn’t really fit or belong anywheres. Basically disappointed with the room and general experience. It also didn’t help that the power went out in the morning and we had to take everything down the stairs, not the hotels fault but I would...

”Room was comfortable, outside patio great, breakfast was fabulous (best omelet I have ever eaten!) But no TV in rooms or in common area???? This is fine in a wilderness retreat where the objective is to get away from it all, but in a suburban setting? What moral message is the owner trying to convey? Lack of this basic amenity spoiled what was otherwise a great experience.”

”The owner was amazing. He was so helpful and made sure all our needs were met. He made breakfast for everyone and is an amazing cook with many different options. The room was tidy and private. We had our own ensuite bathroom and patio to enjoy. The area is very picturesque.”

”I love the peaceful location and the size of the room. The hostess is very warm and helpful. Great room deco in the dining room and delicious breakfast. Squeaky floor in a historic building is normal and I am okay with it.”

”The door was locked at 9:30 pm. The only note left was on the front desk which you can't see from the outside. We almost left when the receptionist returned to the front and opened the door. The air conditioning did not work in our room. Otherwise is was tired but passable.”

”We booked this hotel on Expedia. It was advertised for C$ 87 Dollars a night. But we were charged in u s dollars, which almost doubled to price. My advice: Don't book on Expedia or better still stay away from this hotel”

”The proprietor was very helpful and took good care of all our needs. The property is in a good location for easy access to downtown Kelowna but quiet enough to relax and enjoy the peace. The view isn't bad either. We definitely would recommend this property.”
