As a semi-detached house, the 140 m² property offers ample space for up to 6 people plus an infant, along with high-quality furnishings that have been carefully selected and thoughtfully chosen. A spacious, open-plan living area welcomes you with comfortable sofas and armchairs, perfect for relaxing, and provides direct access to the south/west-facing terrace in the garden. Depending on the position of the sun, you can choose your favorite spot outdoors, as a second terrace, a beach chair, and sun loungers are also available for your exclusive use! A grill is available for balmy summer evenings, so nothing stands in the way of a barbecue with family. Also located in the living area is the comfortable and fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a large dining area, so you don't have to miss out on the company of your loved ones while preparing delicious meals. Should the weather not be so great, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a stereo system, a book collection, and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment.
