”I can't say enough great things about Frank's Bird house!! It was perfect for my husband and I and a family gathering. Plenty of room, the place was immaculate clean and just stunning. Our nieces and nephew loved the downstairs area with the pool table and theater system for some movies with the family! Saw lightning bugs and deer. We have a disabled family member and the top floor worked perfect with a covered porch on the front and beautiful views from 2 back balconies with sliding glass...

”The property exceeded our expectations! We were surprised but delighted to find a hot tub ready for soaking in out on the deck (not included in the original listing - brand new, perhaps?). Loved the large open plan space for cooking/eating/gathering and the dorm-like row of bedrooms. Lots of towels. Very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen included lots of spices, tea and coffee selections - pod-style machine AND a kettle for hot water. It was pretty perfect for what we needed as a group of 7...

”The hardwood floors were extremely dirty. Otherwise, the house was very nicely kept and updated. The description needs to be updated to correct an online error that says 4 - bedroom. It is truly only 3 bedroom. The location was nice and convenient. The upstairs tenants were loud and disruptive at bedtime. Maybe add some noise insulation between the upper and lower units. Overall, we were well satisfied.”

”Was pleasantly surprised that the pictures and description was a little different than when we gotcthere. There was certainly new construction down stairs adding an extra bathroom with shower. It was a sweet surprise! Great and quick response from owner! Loved the view and the all season room! Our family had a much needed relaxing time and shared lots of laughs. ”Everything was great! The house is furnished well with everything you would need in a weekend stay. We had a couple minor issues but Terri was very prompt with getting them taken care of for us. She was very helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area. If I ever find myself in the Lake Cumberland area again, I will book again! ”
