”Breakfast was in line for this type of property. The business center did not have a printer and the staff on duty did not know how to help me print to a network printer. Suggested i go to Walmart to print something. We were sitting in the lobby reception area chatting before checkout time and a staff member ran the vacuum cleaner right there, even had us move our feet. There is a 4 hour window between check out and check in. Seems like that's when the common areas should be vacuumed, not...

”we got a room with a hottub but the tub didnt work. the tissue box was empty,no wash cloths, the room was had lint in it on the floor and edge of the hottub. the phone did not work and the alarm clock did not work. told the clerk about the tub not working. He said push the button but there was no button to push. will never stay there again”

The kitchen amenity is interesting because they offer no actual supplies. We asked once for glasses and they were available to purchase? No utensils, plates, paper towels. ”The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it sits right behind a gas station (which is helpful if you want some snacks). The mall is close by along with some other shopping and restaurants in a short drive. Room was clean and quiet. I’d probably stay again.”

”The hotel could use some improvement and maintenance and cleanliness. Bathroom still had hair and mess from past occupants. Carpet had stains and could use a good cleaning. Beds seemed okay. What was very upsetting is after my stay I was charged a $33.90 fee to my credit card. I called to see what this is for and they said it was for allowing outside guests to use the pool. Apparently, it was in the terms I signed before checking in but no one ever said anything to me or my family during...
