This peaceful home is the perfect place to rest! It's elegant, clean, and fully-equipped! It's perfect as a stop over on a work trip, a getaway with your family/partner, or a long-term stay!

Come kick off your shoes after a long day, take a hot bath in the soaking tub, and then enjoy some fresh warm waffles in the morning with our complimentary waffle station.

- The Space -

This property is a massive older house that has been updated and renovated in a 3-unit apartment building. Through the front door is a large public stairway that leads to three completely separate condos.

This rental is the condo that takes up the entire second floor. The Gem of Geneva: Emerald Suite.

It is a 1800+ square foot (170 square meter), 3 Bedroom/2 bathroom fully-equipped condo.

All Bedrooms have blackout curtains and 4k Smart TVs.

~The Sunshine Room~
This bedroom contains a king bed with a super comfy memory foam mattress and a sitting area with premium leather couches surrounded by bay windows and floor to ceiling curtains.

~The Royalty Room~
This bedroom contains one queen bed with a super comfy memory foam mattress, two spacious walk-in closets, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a stand-alone deep soaking bathtub.

~The Heritage Room~
This bedroom has two queen beds. One is a super comfy memory foam queen mattress. The other is a super plush standard queen mattress for those who prefer to something even softer. It has one walk-in closet with a window, a baby changing table, and a pack & play.

~The Living Room~
The room contains a huge cozy sectional, with an extra large ottoman in front of the TV. There is also a dedicated work space here: a large desk with a light and some basic office supplies.

~The Kitchen~
Full equipped with all stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and oven (with air frying capabilities). It also has cutlery, cookware, baking trays, spices, and two attached closet/pantries for extra food storage. There is also a complimentary waffle station for a quick breakfast.

~The Bathrooms~
Stocked with extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, women's supplies, cleaning supplies, hair dryer, and curling iron.

~The Laundry Room~
Equipped with a washer, a dryer, laundry detergent, iron, and ironing board.

~The Balcony~
The balcony is attached to the kitchen via a sliding glass door. It is compact, but it has seating for up to 6 people comfortably, and a small charcoal grill. There is a metal spiral staircase attached that functions as a separate private entrance to the condo.
