Our home is fully furnished with 6 bedrooms - 2 king suites, 3 queen rooms w/ twin loft, and 1 twin over full bunk room. The game room with bar at the front of the house is perfect to hang out and has a large, rolling barn door that separates the space from the rest of the home. Activities include pool table, classic arcade game system, dart board, and board games. The cozy movie room at the back of the home is great for teens, kids, or movie night with the family. Two sofa beds offer additional lounging and sleeping space.

Local wineries, coffee shop, and downtown Geneva shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the house. The West Liberty Street Covered Bridge, the shortest covered bridge in the US, can be seen from the back yard. Spire Institute is less than a 5 minute drive from the property. Ohio's oldest summer resort, Geneva-on-the-Lake, is just 4 miles north of the property.
