Tilava talo on erittäin mukava, lämmin ja rentouttava ympäristö, 5 makuuhuonetta, 4 makuuhuonetta 2. kerroksessa ja 1 makuuhuone ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. 2. 5 kylpyä.

Mestarissasi on 1 king-vuode. Onko siinä oma erityisen suuri kylpyamme, jossa on ylellinen poreallas ja suihku, oma wc-alue ja suuret kävelykaapit. 2. makuuhuoneessa on kauniit ja mukavat 2 erillistä vuodetta. 3. makuuhuoneessa on tilava queen-vuode ja TV: n 4. huoneessa on tyylikäs sohva, jossa vyöryvä sänky (kahden hengen kokoinen ulosvedettävä sänky). Yläkerran hallitiellä on täydellinen kylpyhuone kylpyammeella / suihkulla. 5. makuuhuoneessa (1. kerroksen alakerrassa) on cozytwin-sänky 1/2 kylpyhuoneen vieressä.

Keittiössä on toimiva asettelu, jossa on kahviasema. Avoin ruokailutila ja laajennettu kohti olohuonetta. Olohuoneessa on 2 sohvaa ja iso T. V. Keittiön vieressä on erillinen ruokasali, jossa voit nauttia hyvää ateriaa yhdessä .. Hanki molemmat lattiat parhaiten tyylikkäällä lehtipuulla ensimmäisellä tasolla ja matolla makuuhuoneissa.

Takana piha on aidattu ja sitä ympäröivät puut yksityisyyden vuoksi.

Geneve on suosittu matkailukohde sen luonnonkauniilla paikalla Fox-joen varrella ja lukuisilla kaupoilla ja ravintoloilla. Genevessä on laaja pyöräilyreittijärjestelmä, joka sisältää osia Fox-joen polkua ja Illinoisin preeriapolkua. Genevellä on aktiivinen historiallinen yhteiskunta, Geneven historiakeskus, joka sijaitsee Geneven keskustassa, sekä Fabyanin tuulimylly, vanha hollantilainen tuulimylly, joka juontaa juurensa 1850-luvulle. Vuonna 2013 Bloomberg Business Week nimitti sen parhaaksi paikkaksi kasvattaa lasta Illinoisissa. Pristine-kiinteistö sijaitsee 1/4 mailin päässä länteen Geneven yleisestä alueelta, jossa on paljon upeita kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Meijer-ruokakaupat ja Fresh Market -kaupat ovat vain muutaman minuutin päässä. 2 mailin päässä Geneven keskustasta ja 21/2 mailia rautatieasemalle Chicago-solmukohtiin. 1/4 km: n päässä Kane Countyn suurimmista kirpputoreista. 3 km: n päässä kuuluisasta Arcada-teatterista St. Charles. Kiinteistöllä on pääsy pyöräteille ja kävelyreitille lähellä. Rauhallinen naapuruus. Kävelymatkan päässä Geneve Commonista, jossa Starbucks ja monet ravintolat sijaitsevat, Shopping taivas !!

Geneva Family Gathering
Great location and plenty of room for family to gather. 5 bedrooms provide various sleeping arrangements and options. The house is cluttered with items in the closets, laundry room, and cupboards not very organized, but it had all the necessities for our visit. Enjoyed the large living room/kitchen area for family to play games and hang out.

Perfect spot
We were in the area for our daughter's wedding, and this was the perfect spot for our "base camp." The girls were able to get ready here; we enjoyed having some time in the evenings to relax with other family from out of town. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

The house was very close to everything like restaurants and other shops. The functions that we attended were very close as well. We didn’t feel comfortable with the leftover food in the refrigerator and the random pieces of clothing in all of the closets. It just felt like someone lived there and they would walk in at any minute.

Great location
We enjoyed staying in Geneva for a family wedding. The house is in an adorable neighborhood in a great location. We are grateful that we found a home if enough to accommodate our large family. The only thing that made us a bit uncomfortable was the fact that it felt like we had to tip toe around the owner’s items throughout the home. There were clothes, leftover food containers, make up etc. in the home during our stay. The owners were kind in saying that anything there was available to use. However, we just felt it difficult to keep our things separate with so much clutter. Overall, a nice stay and we had a wonderful time.

Comfortable home in great neighborhood
Spacious home with 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths + 1 half bath. Very well supplied bathrooms and lots of towels and throws. Excellent kitchen, well supplied with utensils and pans and dishes. Lots of extras in cabinets like spices had we wanted to cook a lot. Close to shopping and to walking/jogging path.Cable TV; comfortable couches. Clean.Safe neighborhood with ponds and parks.

In general, it was an adequate house. We had 5 adults and 2 kids, and didn't use one of the bedrooms which had a twin with a day bed (but was charged an extra person fee). I agree with the other review, master bed didn't have a fitted sheet which was very uncomfortable. Convenient location with nice walking trails and a playground near by.

Everything was as advertised.
We rented for 3 nights with our adult children, spouse, and grand kids. 5 bedrooms with 1 of those on the ground floor. 2 dining areas. Kitchen stocked with stables such as condiments. Nice fenced in back yard with patio. Located minutes away from a grocery store, and downtown Geneva and St. Charles. Quiet neighborhood. Off street parking.

The house was a nice quiet location, well stocked, clean with plenty of towels. We'd recommend it.
Kiki was a good host, answering questions and taking care of concerns. The Home away site had incorrect info regarding the type of beds in each room and I assume that it has been corrected because we notified Kiki of the inaccuracy. She recommended a great restaurant, FoxFire and arranged for us to get free appetizers. Food, music and atmosphere were great.
