”We've had a terrible stay. We were there for the 4th of July. Well first it took them hour - hour and a half to check us in. They have 2 locations, we booked the one with the pool but they tried to put us in a lodge on the other side of the property. When we finally got the room, it was a nice room, close to the pool but in order to get there you have to pass through the indoor pool and also the automatic door to get into the hotel on the side of the proprety where the room was didn't work so.”

”Lots of construction at the entrance, and the jackhammer made it difficult to hear staff during check in. Hot tub wasn't working. Otherwise, a very nice stay.”

”The Geneva Inn was a pleasant surprise! It is a charming boutique hotel- very well-kept. We enjoyed the sizable room and a beautiful view of the lake. Would definitely stay there again!”

”We stayed in room 409. One of the mattresses in that room definitely needs to be replaced. The woman I talked to at the front desk said someone would go in there and see if they agree that the mattress needs to be replaced but no one showed up. We will stay there again but request a different room.”

”The young lady at check-in was lovely - sweet, and then very apologetic when my kid found glass in the pool. The room, aside from the faint stain on the ceiling/humid closet that smelled like mildew, and the carpet that felt like too much soap was used during carpet cleaning, was fine enough. Bed was comfy. The water pressure was intense: finding a setting on the shower head that didn’t feel like I was being sand blasted was tricky, so kids got baths. I’m not one to complain, but once I noticed...

”Just loved staying here, met the owner and she was wonderful. The little details that they have all over the place is just great, you feel welcome. It's just over all a great place to stay if you're ever in lake Geneva, will be going back again.”
