The hot tub was so appreciated after being in the car; the back patio and the rocking chairs on the front porch helped us enjoy the view of the woods and the beautiful landscaping. ”Truly a gem of a house! We loved that the house retained all of its charming historic elements. Every room was beautifully decorated with elegent simplicity. The location in the historic district was perfect. We hope that the owner will retain the vintage charm of the kitchen. That was a sweet surprise! Parking was never a problem even with the college fall semester in session! And thanks to the host for being so responsive. We would absolutely stay here again! ”

”Great location, great home, lots to do in the area and at the home. Cooked many meals at the house, ate dinner out only once to celebrate 3 family birthdays. Rented a pontoon boat from Anchor Inn one afternoon (awesome time on the lake) and did a couple wine tastings. Wagner was fantastic! Also check out Lakewood for excellent wines as well. Sitting on the porch and in the living room looking out across the lake was perfect. And lots of cornhole games on the front porch. Perfect stay for...

We saw some other, incredible houses on Canandaigua lake we wanted to book, everything looked perfect but when we saw the total price at check out, we said no way; way overpriced. But we found THIS place had it all: Enough room, nice interior, great view, nice outdoor space with a dock to park a boat, AND a fair price! Therefore, we will save this spot to check first for another rental.”
