”Very nice hotel. No complaints. Was nice to see the owners came in one of the days to help out, taking a real interest in their hotel. The hospitality of all of the employees was very good. Food service was great. Loretta did a great job. Warm food. Clean tables.”

”I stay here a couple of times a year and always have a nice stay. The rooms are clean, beds comfy and rooms are quiet. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. ”

”The hotel is going through renovations so bare with the limited availability. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom could use a bit more attention too but overall very nice. The breakfast was lacking but Cracker Barrel is right around the corner. Will have to travel some to find restaurants and shopping. Didn’t get to see the pool so I don’t know if it was available. No microwave in room. Does come with a refrigerator. Employees were friendly and nice. ”

”The gal at the front desk was great; very friendly and helpful! The pool area was nice to sit in and unwind from a long drive. All other aspects of our stay weren't so great - but we got what we paid for as we arrived late and needed to leave early in the morning. Allergies were running rampant in our room, the doors closed so loudly and our shower curtain seemed to have some dried blood on it....ick. There are plenty of other places to stay in Joplin.”
