”Excellent location for me. Helpful staff. Very clean hotel and very comfortable bed. However, my room’s window had a leak when the big thunderstorm hit. I reported and they sent people to come and clean it right away. And I think their furniture needs to be updated. But besides that, everything is good.”

”The hotel overall was okay, now there’s a few key issues with it, the AC in the room is controlled and it doesn’t go under 66 degrees which for Houston is not cold, you’ll be very hot at night, the TV volume will not go above 30 which means you can barely hear it, the bathroom door has 0 privacy, all sounds and smells will go out to the room, the pool has no supervision whatsoever and kids will make your time completely insufferable, if you are looking to enjoy the pool you need to go very early...

”We use the Hyatt Place at Sugar land for years. This time I did not feel the same. Breakfast did not meet the expectations. Rooms were not well maintained. Can see rusted railings in the bathroom. This is one of the hotels that has easy accessibility to many high end locations. Would appreciate if the management maintains the hotel near and clean”

”There was no maid service for the three days we stayed. Front desk was out of towels one time when we went down to get fresh ones. TV is on its last leg and they do not even provide coffee in the lobby.”
