âThe night clerk, Benni, was a delight with a friendly smile and efficient skills.
On the bad side, our bathroom mirror appeared clean until the shower steamed up the room. Next hotel, I will check this out first.
This hotel was great 4 years ago. It seems to have gone downhill since.â

âOur room was very clean and the beds were comfy. I loved the room darkening shades and slept so good! The only staff member we saw was the man who checked us in and he was so happy and pleasant. He also did amazing at breakfast and was cleaning tables after each guest was done and making sure everything was full. Only neg part was the syrup was very sticky but the second day it was much better! We already reserved our spot next year.â

âThe place was very dated, and had a very odd smell⊠like Windex and Chicken. I could deal with that, but starting at 10pm some homeboy decided to kick his bass up underneath my room window. That went almost all night. Not sure if it was an employee taking lots of smoke breaks or what, but I got little to no sleep. I also found hair all over the tub, so I didnât use the shower. It made my drive the next day quite taxing.â

âWhile itâs a beautiful new and clean facility, there is absolutely no soundproofing in the rooms and the bed was very uncomfortable. I could hear everything in the neighborâs room, including his 3am video games and subsequent YouTube videos for the remainder of the night. I could quote the videos it was so clear. I got very little rest. I canât really blame the guest, you should be able to watch videos in your room. But brand new walls shouldnât be so thin that the videos keep your neighbors...
