”Staff was very helpful, room was clean.. it’s an older property so a bit dingy and some things good be improved …. Breakfast was bare bones and not our thing but not horrid….. stay if you plan to be out and about as it is a good place to lay your head and well priced but it is not resort vibes…….fair for fair price!!! ”The only positive was the gentleman who checked me in and then checked me out and refunded my money. The pictures on the website are a lie. The front desk is dirty and has damage all over the place. The walls are damaged and a computer from the 80s is just sitting in a corner. The buildings look like they have been through a war. Dirty exterior, damages all over. Door to the room was disgusting. Only positive was when we walked in the room it loooed nice, on the surface. Then we found...

”I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”
