”I wasn't expecting much from a 3 star hotel but Miss Mattie who was in charge of the breakfast buffet made this a 5 star experience. She was so friendly, helpful and spread joy around the room, redefining what hotel hospitality is all about. Loved this experience!!!”

”The young woman that checked us in was absolutely wonderful. I believe her name was Choi or something like that. She was actually working over because the individual that should have been on duty didn’t come in. But she still had a beautiful smile and great hospitality. ”

”The hotel has had a makeover since my last stay here if I’m not mistaken and it looks much better. Our room was large enough for a family of four and our dog. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Decent breakfast in the morning was enough to get us going and hold us over until lunch. The staff were professional and polite. Overall great value for the room”

”We stayed here due to a missed flight connection in Charlotte. The airport shuttle and in-house restaurant made it a no brainer. The pool area was nice, although we did not use it. Ony wish was that breakfast started earlier for those with early flights. ”
