Welcome to "All Decked Out" — your 3BR/1.5BA retreat in the heart of Georgetown, Exuma! Relax on the deck, walk to shops, dining & water taxis, or take a short (3-4 minute drive) to many different beaches or even the Fish Fry.

As your hosts, we will share insider tips, car rentals & itineraries; Not on the beach = better value + partnered resort pool access, leaving more for excursions.

Fun fact: Exuma homes don't have addresses, they have names and ours is proudly named “All Decked Out.”

This 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home with an oversized outdoor deck blends comfort with convenience. Relax in the spacious living area, cook meals in the full kitchen, or enjoy the large outdoor seating area with views of downtown and the harbor.

Walk to grocery stores, over 10 restaurants/bars, the straw market, gas station, the new wine bar & 3 different water taxis.

Just minutes to beaches, the famous Fish Fry, and Browns Marina.

Only 15 minutes to the airport & Little Exuma bridge.

Guests enjoy private access to the entire home, the large patio, and the outdoor shower. Partnerships with local resorts provide access to pools during your stay.

***Other things to note***

Pet & Service Animal Policy:

• No Pets: For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict no-pets policy at All Decked Out.

• Service Animals: We welcome guests who require the use of a service animal. Please let us know in advance if you will be traveling with one so we can prepare the home accordingly.

• Allergy-Sensitive Cleaning: Because many of our guests have allergies, if a service animal stays, we will schedule a deeper clean (including steam-cleaning of couches and fabrics). If this results in cleaning needs beyond our standard turnover, an additional cleaning fee of up to $200 may apply.
