”The breakfast was good. It was nice having an indoor pool in March. The place was clean and staff was nice.”

”Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. ”

”The hotel was very clean but it smells old. It didn't affect my stay but it could use some updating. However, the staff was absoluting amazing and helpful. My son said it's pretty cool and we should visit again. Drury will be my first choice wherever I travel. They serve breakfast and dinner. They didn't mind me asking for extra to take for lunch the next day. The hotel is across the street from Union Station and the Aquarium. The metro is just across the parking lot of Union Station. ”I have always booked and paid for the day before I show up just in case I roll into the area before the 3 pm check in. This was no different from other times I’ve booked hotels. Except the manager told me that’s not how hotels work and for lack of better words, called me stupid for being a “no show” and not letting the hotel know I was showing up after the 3 pm check in on the 6th, so the receptionist said they sold my room that was already paid for when I booked through Expedia and the manager...

”The free breakfast was very good and made for an easy way to start off the day! The staff was soooo helpful and accomodating in every way.. definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.”
