”We spent a fun weekend at this property. Having lived in the area for 16 years I have driven by this gem countless times, always admiring it but I could never have imagined how nice, how peaceful a property it is. It's conveniently located close to everything but nestled away for privacy. The game room was a hit, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked with everything you need for meals. I highly recommend it and will be glad to stay here again. Cheers! ”

”Loved the security of my stay. Key required to enter property as well as the room. Added safety & extra protection. Very important for an older customer. The only drawback was I wasnt aware that although there were only 2 levels, there was no elevator and I walk with a cane. Next time I'll make certain to book on the first floor. I would definitely stay there again.”

”I really don’t know where to start it was great from beginning to end! Ricky was a 10/10 host everything you may need he was there to accommodate. Easy communication, friendly it almost felt like staying with a family member. The stay and the pool is beyond beautiful the pictures really don’t give it justice it’s a really massive backyard! We had a pool party for brother who got out of the army and it was enough space to fit everyone. I’m telling you now to look no further THIS stay is the place...

”We loved our stay and plan on returning in the future for a longer stay so we can experience more. It was about the same cost as a hotel stay, but with more of a home feel and a lot more room. I also enjoyed the view of the lake from our front porch. If I could suggeat one little change, maybe open the gym a little earlier than 9am, but that's all.”

”The house is a nice little place to stay, very quiet and away from noises. Easy to find. The goats were very cute to watch. Didnt get a chance to use the pool but looked like a nice place to cool off after exploring the area. Was about 20 min to downtown historic Fredericksburg but wasnt a bad drive. Only challenge i had was the shower is on the smaller side, a moveable showerhead would make it easier. ”
