”Enjoyed our stay in this pretty little guesthouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood (yet close to all amenities and shopping) in Austin. This was a perfect place for our 3 day stay while visiting our daughter. The bed was comfy, the decor was soothing, there was a kitchenette to make a quick breakfast and everything was clean and peaceful. There was even a swinging chair. Loved it!”

”I absolutely loved my stay at the Modern Boho Guesthouse! The space was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment I walked in, it smelled fresh and clean, which made a great first impression. The location is fantastic—having a convenience store right next door and a breakfast spot just across the street made everything so easy. It’s also very pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for me.The only things worth noting are a couple of details not mentioned in the listing....

”Location was unbeatable. Easy parking. Easy access for Allendale and Brentwood. This is honestly almost the only positive aspect for this place. It is neither Boho nor a guest house, but a poorly maintained studio in disrepair and dirty.The towel rack in the shower is rusted over, as are the shower curtain rod and curtain rings. One of the bathroom lights is missing a cover and the inside and bare bulb is covered in some kind of grimy substance. The ceiling fan over the bed is missing a remote....
