”We loved our stay here! The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and clean. The staff was so kind and attentive - we loved the daily breakfasts and sitting in the courtyard in the evenings listening to the birds. Very good location and walking distance to many areas.”

”The hotel was lovely and our dinner in the restaurant was delicious. We had breakfast in the French pastry shop attached to La Fonda. Service was superb on the property. Unfortunately they are doing renovations to their bar area so things were a little chaotic in the lobby, but they did their best to accommodate.”

”There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property or the staff. The only thing I was missing was a fan noise and being able to make the room colder than 65°. Other than that everything was perfect! So quiet and clean, easy coffee maker. Feels special to stay there!”

”Lovely Southwest ambience throughout the hotel and room. One of my favorites was that there are several outside conversational areas. We choose a double room with a fireplace which was perfect to “take the chill” out of our room! We could walk to everything!”

Excellent restaurant on the second floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Refreshing break from the cookie cutter hotels.”

”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood. ”

”This property is going through big renovations! It did not meet the standards as was described on their online site. No one was available in office from 6:00 pm until 10:00 am, in event of an emergency, No lighting outside of building after dark, had difficulty figuring how to turn lights on & off in room (very odd), no television in room. Overall it was not satisfactory for our needs / we are seniors & did not feel safe in this situation.”

”Hotel St. Francis is well situated in Santa Fe with a great aesthetic. The evening staff, led by Gabe at check in was excellent. The day staff was rude and dismissive; it was a bizarre contrast of experiences. The room itself was well enough appointed. Clean with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning was not reliable, and opening windows led to moths in the room. There was also an amenities charge of $30 per day but the only amenities I received was bottled water, and parking was...
