”Nice location and great room. I believe the walls may have been a lil thin but that’s really all as fas as complaints. The heater isn’t all that hot but it does get hot.. I also noticed a broken blind that goes on the window blinds. I really haven’t noticed it until hours later but I didn’t see the broken piece anywhere so im assuming this is a recent incident before my stay.”

”Office personal was friendly, was able to check in an hour early, that was the only thing that was nice at the “Travel Inn”. Once checked in and received my key card me and my wife proceeded to the room, trouble started right there as the door wouldn’t work properly, once we were able to get into the room it was a total disaster. Toilet paper holder was crooked and was barely on the wall being held up with clear silicon, towel holder that was above the toilet was missing from the wall with the...

”Location is good near by Mall of Georgia where you can even walk. Also a few nice restaurants in the walking distance. Breakfast was ok but not so many options. Air conditioning was noisy and also the traffic noise was quite heavy.”

”Room was clean. We never saw staff the entire week we stayed. The breakfast was awful and there were very little food or drink options at the shop near the front desk. Hot water also went away very quickly. My family had to wait for hot water everyday. ”

”We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spacious with a nice kitchen & bath. Very clean & modern hotel for the price. Staff was great! My only complaint is the mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. ”

”The lady at the front desk was very rude. I had my ID and my booking confirmation on my phone, but she would not let me check in because somebody stole my wallet. Any other place would accommodate my wife and I which she is blind and pregnant.”

”Do NOT stay here. The room was gross. Drains were stopped up. No remote for tv. People loitering around parking lot all night. Slept in clothes and got out of there at 5am. Absolutely not safe and would never stay here again.”

”My experience at this hotel was very unacceptable. The room wasn’t what I expected to be. It was very nasty stains all on the walls. The carpet was stained and it also had an awful smell to it. I won’t recommend this place to no one very unsanitary”
