âEverything was great except there are 2 hotels with the same name except North or South. Be careful when you put in your GPS to enter the one you are booked into. We ended up at the wrong one at midnight and had a hard time finding the correct one.â

âThe pool area is nice and fun. Good gathering spaces. The rooms were disgusting!! I had to clean the entire room myself! The young women working in the restaurant/coffee area was incredibly RUDE! Our orders were always wrong and it took 30-40min to get our food! The wind was bad by the pool area while we sat out there and umbrella came out of the table and it hit me, the staff that was out there knew about the incident and didnât care at all. They didnât even apologize or say anything.â

âStaff were very friendly and helpful. The room overall was not clean, nor were the towels originally when we arrived. Big light brown spot on a couple of them. Found bug guts smeared on the wall. Several other minor spots where things just weren't clean. Parking was fine, breakfast was simple but fine (couple of days very fresh and delicious bananas). âUpon arrival the front desk staff was prompt, professional and helpful. Very easy check in process. Got to my room and the musty smell while I opened the door was quite strong. Smells like carpet that needs a desperate cleaning. The room was clean, other than stains and wear marks on the chair and ottoman(so bad I wouldnât even set anything on it). âI was no notified till day of arrival that they could not honor my reservation due to overbooking. They without contacting me made a reservation at a staybridge suites and sent me a message online. I am a Hilton Honors member who was using a 3 pm check out perk due to a lunch meeting.
