âIf it was on the water, with a balcony, is the only improvement I would suggest. Our room was clean and comfortable. The added living area was so nice. Staff was great! I would definitely recommend.â

âClean, sure. I love to see a clean hotel.
However I truly rate my experience based on how easy staff made it to check in and the interactions with the staff who work at the hotel.
This was the worst stay ever.
Started off by arguing with front desk about how I paid my room in full back in April. Had the receipt to prove. Still ended double charged for the room with no call back from a manager.
After check in we realized there was not a remote for the tv anywhere. Requested a new one...

âEverything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places weâve stayed before. Thank you!â

âI will never stay here again. We arrived AFTER CHECK IN and was told our room wasnât ready.. ok no biggy I guess. TWO HOURS LATER, was told they found us a room and said some boxers came in and wanted rooms and basically gave mine away!
ALLLL NIGHT and when I mean ALL night I mean it, it sounded like a wrestling match all around us! I called and went down there and kept being told âIâll talk to themâ⊠I almost did my self! Finally got to sleep after 1am!
Woke up at 7 to get breakfast at 730...
