”There was leftover food in our fridge from the previous occupants. The water pressure and shower are incredibly poor You were going to freeze in the shower because it’s barely outputting any water and the bathroom is not sealed from the moon room. I had to hug onto the wall to get clean and spent a lot of time under the water just to make sure every part of me was thoroughly rinsed off with soap. The hotel staff doesn’t lock the soap dispensers on the wall, so they tend to fall off if you bump...

”I had a wonderful stay, the staff was amazing, very attentive and always ready to provide an excellent stay. The amenities first-rate, plenty of clean towels and anything you would need, the cafe has great coffee! The room was very clean and well stocked. Best sleep I’ve had in a while! The shower also was excellent - I would highly recommend a stay here at the Harlow - and due to travel delays I am back for my second night! The location is very good - only walking distance to Union Station,...

”The Riverside location is wonderful. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Housekeeping services could be a tad better as often they did not leave adequate replacement coffee and on one occasion left used cups and glasses in the room. Plumbing services need to be improved as well-I had notified the front desk twice about a very slowly draining bathroom sink. The repair man came and went, but did not fix the issue. Other than these minor things, this was a great stay.”
