”We had a wonderful stay in Erfurt. As a group of 9, we required 3 rooms and Nancy and the rest of the staff were so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable by upgrading our rooms. My German isn’t very good (OK, it’s basically non existent), but Nancy was patient with my attempts and happy to explain things in English. ”A fabulous gem of a hotel with very helpful staff. Beautiful rooms, extremely comfy beds, nothing too much trouble (I ordered a kettle to make tea). Right in the centre of the old town - perfect location. Gardens within the court yard a delight. (NB Expedia - there isn't a swimming pool!)”
