”Rooms have an older look to them, but well kept. I’d say my only criticism of the room was the showerheads in the bathroom. Definitely seen years of the hard water, suggest getting some new ones, nothin’ fancy. They were still functional nonetheless.”

”We have stayed at White Pines cabins for many years and love it. We especially go during the week and in the off-season - we practically have it all to ourselves. The meals at the lodge are always plentiful and delicious (we bought a whole peach cobbler to take home, it was so good!). The beds are comfortable, the gas fireplace makes it very cozy. There's a small fridge, but no microwave (no cooking in the cabins). And the firepits outside are welcoming to small gatherings. We've been there in...

”The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...

”The pictures of the place look great online. When we got there, the place was a total dump. We didn't even get out of the car. I would prefer to sleep in my car than this place. Not in this neighborhood though. The whole area is bad. We went to another motel down the road and witnessed a drug deal. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes to the casino district and spent another 25 bucks a night like we did. It was too late to cancel our reservation, so we ate the cost. It was worth it though...
