”Great stay”

”Hotel was in a great location with lots of stores and restaurants. Room was cleaned and so was the rest of the hotel. Parking was plentiful. This was a great find just outside Memphis and will be our go to hotel when we travel there.”

The floor had carpet that needed to be vacuumed, the bathroom looked worn, and the king sized bed only had three (very small) pillows. We contacted the front desk and requested another pillow and was denied. We requested extra towels which also was denied. ”The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was light and practical. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was varied. We can recommend a hotel to everyone.”

”I first arrived a checked in, it went by smooth my room was a bit stuffy so I changed the temperature on the thermostat. An hour went by it was still hot. I got moved to another room the air was fine but where the room was located in the building was not ok at all.”

”The room is nothing like listed in the picture(s). The walls and floors are dirty. There are holes in the wall under the cabinet, the microwave and cabinets are filthy. I went to the store to buy cleaning products in order to scrub the bathroom before using it. Electrical outlet was exposed; the iron didn't work and messed up my clothing. The only thing that worked well was the AC. Even the additional lock on the door was missing. I have pictures and will add if able to”
