”Just room was not great(not useful)steep stairs.”

”Nice and quiet location a bit further from the city center. The railway station is a 15-25 min walk away but there are free shuttle bus services from the ryokan to the station every morning. The city bus operates on a more frequent timetable. The excellent Hida folk village is only ten minutes away by foot. The ryokan has a nice atmosphere and friendly English-speaking staff. The room was comfortable and spacious. There is also an onsen which you can use freely.”

”Nice quiet place, No one in onsen and had it alone. Water was just right at 40 degrees Celsius. Breakfast was not crowded at all, very few people around, very pleasant, river and trees next to windows. Great view of river and mountains from room. Small hotel. Drinks were available all day and evening. Water cooler tanks available on each floor. Very reasonable price for large room.”
