”The floor needed to be swept and mopped. Bedding was clean and bathroom was clean.”

”It was clean for an older motel. Shower could use some work and bring your kwn pillows. The pillows provided are lumpy and horrible.”

”It was nice to have a separated bedroom. Great A/C to cool down. Plenty of space for an air mattress so the kids didn't have to share a fold out couch. Lots to do nearby.”

”The property was clean and everything was relatively new. Late night self check in was easy and quick. The only issue I had was the television had intermittent reception issues with the cable broadcast.”

”All Hamptons have nice rooms and extras. The Seguin Hampton was exceptional. Pool was very clean and gym was in good working order. Breakfast was good. Room had a nice shower which I prefer. I don't need an accessible room yet but I hate having to step into and out of a tub. The best thing was: At check in I was NOT ASKED for an extra $50 for "incidentals" which the Hampton in Lufkin did and I have yet to get my money back.”

”Front desk people were nice, but the bathroom didn’t get cleaned from customers prior to us, dirty rag was left, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap was left in shower. The rest of the room looked like it had been cleaned (hopefully) not just put together meaning clean sheets and not just bed being made. Didn’t think I had to look at the shower before the next morning upon getting in.”

”The lawn and landscaping needed tending to, pet friendly facility, but no where to take my dog to go to the bathroom safely. Hallway carpets looked like there had been water and looked grossly stained.”

”El personal fue muy amable y el check-in fue super rapido, no mas de 5 minutos. La habitación estaba muy ordenada y limpia aunque debo decir que tenía un ligero olor a humedad. De las dos camas de la habitación, el colchón de una de ellas ya merece un cambio, hacían ruido los resortes al moverse. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien pero era muy ruidoso, en la segunda noche me di cuenta que era una pieza la que hacia el ruido, la fije con una sandalia y problema resuelto. ”Room was okay, seemed to be occupied by extended stay. Mistakenly booked smoking king (which there was a notation of additional 200 deposit) asked to change to king non smoking was informed that would be an upcharge so had to go to double queen non smoking. Asked about ice machines and was informed non were working. Breakfast was minimal. An ok stay but will not book again.”

”upon arrival i got a cup of coffee from the coffee station and i told the desk clerk that the coffee was cold. He responded that was done many hours ago and that i could warm it up in my room inn the microwave oven!!!!! the irony is that my room had the microwave oven missing hahaha! in the morning i got in the shower to realize that the shampoo and the body soap bottles were empty!!!! there was conditioner in the third bottle. on check out i told the clerk, he did not even bother to look...

”I was extremely happy with my stay. When I walked in my room it was very clean and smelled so good. Not sure what they use to clean, but it smelled fabulous! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

”Great little cozy and comfy space but the mosquitoes worked their way into the room. That was a bit of a nuisance. Other than that the place was neat and clean and the shower was great.”

”The hotel room was clean. But I was surprised that cleaning service was not offered in the three days we were there. Also there was not shampoo provided nor conditioner either. The rest was all good”
