The central hub of the home is the expansive open plan living area, which is surrounded by glass taking in the views while providing gorgeous natural light and a wonderful flow through breeze. This area includes a modern kitchen that is very generous in size, including an island bench, cooktop, microwave, and coffee machine to start your morning right! The lounge room offering a smart-TV and dining flow from here. They share the split system air conditioner for year-round comfort. This area flows effortlessly onto the balcony, where you can sit back and relax as you watch one of Gerringong’s sensational sunsets.

The bedrooms are separated from the living area by a sweeping hallway. All bedrooms are generous in size, with the master bedroom featuring a modern ensuite, and bedrooms 2 & 3 sharing the main bathroom. For convenience, there is a washing machine and dryer available.
