”While hotel was excellent, the bathroom wasn’t swept (I don’t want to tell you what was on floor and do not want to be negative)”

”Sound proofing was poor, other than that a nice hotel”

”Sink and shower did not drain and could not be used for second person. Elevator was also out of service and no sign posted. Hair at coffee station in lobby all morning shows not cleaned/wiped down all morning”

”Our second time in two years staying at this location. Unfortunately, it was disappointing this time. While clean, the room was worn down. Bathroom door stuck, heat/air conditioning not functioning properly (either we were freezing or roasting - no middle ground), worn furniture, etc. Pool and hot tub not functioning caused a line at the front desk of families cancelling their stay. No functioning ice machine either.”

”No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. ”

”The reason I gave a poor rating was for a few reasons. First of all, the guy working check-in mumbled and would not make eye contact. Not a great first impression. Second, or bathroom sink had terrible water pressure, it a just above a trickle. Finally, and probably the most irritating was at breakfast. It went from 6:30-10am and we got down there about 8:30. The coffee cups were gone, the paper plates were gone, bagels were gone, they only offered mini pre-made veggie omlets and a...

”Fabulous place, recently renovated and super clean. Close to restaurants and shopping in a great little community. Easy drive to Grand Rapids. Will stay again if in the area!”
