”Great hotel, super nice staff that went out of their way to be helpful. The elevator made a weird noise at the top when it was about to stop. The doors were extremely heavy making it a little hard to open easily or close softly. Breakfast was good but not great in options. A little bit of garbage on floor but nice clean room and new looking.”

”This was my first time visiting this hotel, I was instantly amazed by it. The amenities they offer their guest’s. The staff oh my goodness!.. amazing ain’t even the word for them. Lisa, (special shout out to her) works at the front desk was a great delight for me and kids, she is a huge reason why we will be back to visit again. ”Both Mornings I went for Breakfast, not late, they were out of coffee, had to ask. The choices for food, was ok, but not great. Not near enough tables to eat at though, very small area! My room was clean, and nice, was a little smaller than I expected. The air conditioner was on the wall next to the bed, not much room to walk around it. And the fan was stuck, couldn't move the direction it was blowing, even could feel it clear across the room. I tried to turn fan to low, not much different!”

”I canceled the reservation back in March and they didn’t cancel it completely or correctly so I ended up paying 3 hundred bucks for nothing”

”The location of the hotel allowed us to walk everywhere in downtown St. Paul. Our room was unique and had views of two beautiful churches, the light rail and also the state capital. The breakfast was a thoughtful arrangement of foods including soy milk which delighted me! The downstairs bar was a nice spot to sit and relax with friends. The staff was welcoming and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to come back!!”

”The room as clean and the hotel was clean as well. I checked in after 10pm and waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes before anyone was around to check me into my room. Otherwise the hotel was as expected, nothing extravagant. The set up is a little odd to me as the elevators are on the far ends of the floor making the hallway exceptionally long. The rooms are far from sound resistant. You can hear people 4 doors down and every toilet flushing.”

”Our stay was okay. Our king room was super small. The mini fridge is a mini mini fridge and not very cold. The towels were thin and hard. The air conditioner was extremely loud. It was clean and comfortable otherwise. The towels bothered me the most. The staff were super nice which made up for some of the shortcomings.”

”There is a lot of potential for this B&B, but there were just a few too many details to be able to give more than a 5 rating for the room we stayed in. The host was pleasant and accommodating. The location is excellent, with many good restaurants in walking distance. The night was as quiet as one would expect being in a city of this size. Parking is on site and free, which is also a bonus. The price for the small top floor rooms is also a value, but should have been a bit of a yellow...
