”Loved our stay at Inn at Cemetery Hill!! It was located within walking of the cemetery and the spot where Lincoln gave his Gettysburg address. Lovely to walk there in the morning. The Gettysburg Military Museum was a very short drive down the street. It was a lovely walk into town from the Inn. They had a very nice breakfast with fresh cooked scrambled eggs and waffles and pancakes could be made. There was various sausages on different days as well as the usual oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, etc.....

The location is excellent—it's close to the major Gettysburg attractions and within walking distance of the Gettysburg Outlets, including stores like Adidas, Talbots, Under Armour, and others. The rooms were also clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Calling it a "buffet" is generous—it wouldn't even qualify as a basic continental breakfast. There was no fresh fruit or even canned fruit at all, the yogurt selection was...

”Although the rooms were somewhat outdated, (especially the bedspreads), everything was clean and maintained, and the staff was friendly. Kind and clean is more important than contemporary and cold.”

”My wife & enjoy the Colton Motel because of its nostalgic charm. It's like stepping back into the 1960s. Very clean, very comfortable, very accommodating. It's where we stay every time we're in Gettysburg, great place.”
