”The home is very welcoming and plenty of room for all our guests. The bedding was amazing, comfortable. The property was very relaxing and the outside area was very peaceful with a great view. I did not give this a 5 star because there could be some improvement. The stove did not function properly but did work. The main living area was a bit dusty with cobwebs on the light and in corners. ”We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and water park amenities. Discovered when we got here (it is not clear on their site) that there is a substantial fee to go to the water park and even use the pool. We also booked a family suite and were sad to find that the tv in the second sleeping area had been removed and there was nothing they could do. The gal at the desk when we arrived could do nothing and the manager in the morning was downright rude. I would not recommend staying here....

”The check in staff member was nice and friendly, but after she left the rest of employees were short and loud due to being disturbed from their computer screen. This was my first time visiting this Best Western in Clear Lake. As a member I've never been denied a continental breakfast. The food was being prepared for a church group only and had a closed sign outside the door. Luckily I found breakfast a cross the street at Grandpa's Cafe. It's a shame to give this Best Western a lacking review...
