”The hotel services are weak. The restaurants in the garden area are fine but the staff realy needs inductions and training example staff moving cleaning equipments all time infront of the guest, very annoying. Also cleaning while the guests relax and enjoy the meal and outdoor atmosphere. Should be the cleaning done before guests or at nights or in quiet times? Receptionist very rude, in order to pay the accommodation needs to be the reservation done by egyptin even though i show my egyptin...

”I had a great stay at Zamalek House Hotel. The location is one of the best thing, right in Zamalek and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. I enjoyed being able to walk around the neighborhood. It’s pretty safe. The room was clean, simple, comfortable, and the hotel was a great base for exploring Cairo. The staff were friendly and helpful. I got a red eye flight, arrived early for the check in, and they helped me to get a room. Overall, Zamalek House...

Zamalek

”Very nice room, and great location. It was very spacious, clean and convenient. However, note finding it isn’t easy. You arrive to the building and it’s not very clear where the entrance is and there’s not really a staff, but instead normally a single hired person to be on standby in the area to actually call the staff to the building to let you in. It’s a very unique situation, but overall once you get in it’s very nice inside. I would make sure to contact Brasbell via WhatsApp beforehand to...

It has charming common spaces including a few terraces where you can relax between activities or eat breakfast. The breakfast buffet offerings were ok and included hard-boiled eggs, fool beans, cooked vegetables, and an assortment of bakes goods as well as cheeses and fresh veggies and fruit. ”

”Everything in and about the Hotel is well above average in quality. The room is modern and clean. Ventilation is very good. The air conditioning is superb. Water (hot and cold) supply for showering is good. Housekeeping is good. Maintenance of the property is good. Very satisfactory. Except that the buffet breakfast is not good value for money. It is served in the restaurant in President Hotel, which is next to the Hotel and apparently run by the same proprietor. The food quality and...

”We booked a 2 bedroom unit. First we went to the hotel with our reservation and they told us to go to the next building because it was a Brassbell Zamalek booking. We went to the next building and there was a problem which they resolved by sending us back to the hotel who gave us a 2 bedroom suite that was not renovated with a very old and dirty carpet and a very high bathtub. We requested to be moved, but all they could offer was a one bedroom. We still did not get an explanation as to why our...

Sama Hotel Sherif Bash

10/10 Loistava

"Very new and comfortable place, just like in the pictures. Excellent location and very nice and helpful staff at the front desk. Cheaper rooms are quieter because they don't face the street. Some noise possible from the corridor but it was nice and calm during my stay. Superb value for money, would definitely book again!"
