”Excellent stay! Only minus that made us feel less appreciated was that we were suddenly during our stay not able to put things to the room bill anymore even though it worked at the beginning. It seemed that the hotel had some doubts on our ability to pay the bill (which felt insulting!) even though they never approached us about any issue, and we paid the full bill as normal. ”

”I had a problem with check in that was an Expedia issue .. however the mena house front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us and make us beyond comfortable .. we had connecting rooms with pyramid view .. the best view you could wish for .. this place is it .. the hotel grounds and everything was behind nice .. the was helpful in every way .. the best Egypt stay I have ever experienced .. I would return there in a heartbeat.. they front desk staff rescued my vacation. ”
