”The hotel services are weak. The restaurants in the garden area are fine but the staff realy needs inductions and training example staff moving cleaning equipments all time infront of the guest, very annoying. Also cleaning while the guests relax and enjoy the meal and outdoor atmosphere. Should be the cleaning done before guests or at nights or in quiet times? Receptionist very rude, in order to pay the accommodation needs to be the reservation done by egyptin even though i show my egyptin...

”I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. ”

Confortable seul bĂ©mol la salle de bain, quand on se douche cela met de l’eau partout car le rideau ne va pas jusqu’en bas Sinon nous y avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien, trĂšs bon rapport qualitĂ©.
