”The staff were very lovely. However, my stay was not pleasant due to fake advertising. I paid for a junior suite and they gave me a standard room, which was in poor condition (not properly cleaned, shower with very poor flow, humidity smell, broken shower ceiling). Their response was that the pics shown in Expedia were for reference, but all rooms were the same, which was not true (according to Expedia, there were different rooms of different prices, this is clearly fake advertising). ”Great location with plenty of eateries and shops around but surprisingly really quiet in the room. The bed was comfortable and the mini fridge and kettle were really handy. The blackout curtains made for a great night's sleep. All the staff I met were kind and welcoming and there were always staff in the lobby making it feel very safe. Would definitely want to stay here again! ”
