”Great location with plenty of eateries and shops around but surprisingly really quiet in the room. The bed was comfortable and the mini fridge and kettle were really handy. The blackout curtains made for a great night's sleep. All the staff I met were kind and welcoming and there were always staff in the lobby making it feel very safe. Would definitely want to stay here again! ”

”When I tried to check in, I was told to pay again even though the payment information was entered. No one spoke English and the building was not accessible.”

”Cleaners didn’t bother cleaning properly and didn’t replace towels, slippers etc. bedding wasn’t change even though I asked them to. Breakfast was average and was the same everyday but staff were lovely and the location was great everything is on your doorstep I don’t think I will be staying here again ”

”The hotel services are weak. The restaurants in the garden area are fine but the staff realy needs inductions and training example staff moving cleaning equipments all time infront of the guest, very annoying. Also cleaning while the guests relax and enjoy the meal and outdoor atmosphere. Should be the cleaning done before guests or at nights or in quiet times? Receptionist very rude, in order to pay the accommodation needs to be the reservation done by egyptin even though i show my egyptin...
