”The hotel services are weak. The restaurants in the garden area are fine but the staff realy needs inductions and training example staff moving cleaning equipments all time infront of the guest, very annoying. Also cleaning while the guests relax and enjoy the meal and outdoor atmosphere. Should be the cleaning done before guests or at nights or in quiet times? Receptionist very rude, in order to pay the accommodation needs to be the reservation done by egyptin even though i show my egyptin...

”The Longchamps is a comfortable, relatively small, European-style hotel in Zamalek, a lovely part of Cairo. It has charming common spaces including a few terraces where you can relax between activities or eat breakfast. The breakfast buffet offerings were ok and included hard-boiled eggs, fool beans, cooked vegetables, and an assortment of bakes goods as well as cheeses and fresh veggies and fruit. ”

”Appartement très spacieux Quelques éléments demanderaient à etre mieux entretenus (fenêtre mal installée) L’état général de l’immeuble est satisfaisant mais mériterait également quelques aménagements (cages d’escalier par exemple)”
