”Smart staff with exceptional service.”

”The room could benefit from a visit of plumber and electrician, but for 25 €/per night, I’m not complaining. The location is excellent and I felt the place is safe and convenient.”

”The staff are very friendly.”

”We were promised two king beds and two twin beds but actual was one king bed, one single and one twin. Toilet hose and bath hose leaking. Curtains and floor are filthy. Lift got stuck as there was no clear instructions of not more than 3 people at a time. Lift didn’t work and have to manually climb the stairs and get down with all our luggages. Property address and actual address are different which made us to wander for half hour to locate the property. We found the hotel to be Joy Hotels...

”I liked the price and the view from the terrace. Didn't like the prices for mediocre food. It seems they take your order and they buy the food from outside for fraction of the cost they charged you. It also took over an hour for them to deliver the food after it was ordered.”

”Thanks everything was good. I enjoy my stay at the hotel so far. Everything was good. Thank you so much guys. I see you soon Inshallah.”

”I changed our accommodation to this one based on negative reviews of another (cheaper) place nearby. The price-quality of this one was marvelous. The apartment is very clean and beautiful and met our Western standards, good and clean beds and toilet and shower with hot water etc. The host, Khaled and his brother and cousin were very hospitable and helpful. Free coffee and tea and even some food (in addition to the breakfast). Overall we were happy with the stay. The apartments are high up and so...

”All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, all taxi and excursion were on time. The breakfast and à la carte menu could be improved.”
