Apartment was large, right in the city centre with everything around it. There was a supermarket opposite, bars and restaurants within 2 mins walk. The flat was clean and spacious with a nice little balcony outside to have a drink, even if the view is not brilliant, a nice bonus in the city centre. Beds were comfy, heating was easy to control. The kitchen was large and so was the dinning table. The only small minuses were the lack of a microwave and iron, and maybe a soak matt for the shower exit, but these did not make a big difference to our experience, we really enjoyed the flat, and the beautiful city of Ghent. I highly recommend it for a great base to explore.

Fin leiligheten, men alt holder på å falles sammen. Lokk, dører, gardiner etc. Burde ha generelt bedre rengjør og flere glass når det er plass til så mange. For ei helg var det ok.

This is a scam. They took my money and then never responded. I was stranded in Belgium with my kids, and it almost ruined our holiday. We waited for 3 hours in the rain outside the building, and the people nearby confirmed that other tourists had experienced similar issues, being unable to gain entry because the landlord was fraudulent. Thankfully, Expedia intervened and tried to find alternative accommodation, although they were unsuccessful. However, they promptly refunded the money. Despite this, the ordeal caused by Smartflat was entirely unnecessary and deeply distressing. I have no idea what kind of people run this operation, but their actions are absolutely reprehensible.

Booking done for 4 ppl but towels given for 2. No kitchen dishsoap liquid and scrubber but the sign says if you leave dish unclean fine is €50. No handwash liquid in bathroom No kictchen napkins Even there is no duvet cover on duvets. No extra toilet rolls. After complaining also, no one came to solve issues. For so much money the facilties given are soooo pathetic.

I simply loved the appartment - its spaciousness, structure, terrace, location, a very good wifi connection, and everything that the area has to offer. I especially loved the feeling of luxury of space that this appartment offers. There were some minor issues like absence of soap, shortage of teaspoons, teacups, teapot, etc., also a worn coach in the living room. I also thought that the doors could close quiter - I think the doors are banged because otherwise it is rather difficult to close it quietly due to the nature of the lock. There are only three apartments in this hallway, but I thought this was a nuisance. Nevertheless overall this did not spoil the very positive impression of the place, especially as the bed was very comfortable and it was really clean. If I could, I would definitely come back again!

The location was very walkable and overall the space was large and very ideal. Unfortunately I felt the condition of the property lacked care as there were several things broken (including the front door lock to the building) and there was a certain smell of vomit in the shower which I messaged the host about and they did not return my message about. Unfortunate because the space and location have a lot of potential if the ownership took more care and cleaned the place better.

De flat is goed gelegen. Het bed heeft een goede matras en de kamer kan verduisterd worden. Zowel boven als beneden een toilet. Eerst geen warm water of verwarming. Na de knop van de boiler ingeduuwd te houden wel warm water en verwarming. Senseo, waterkoker, frigo. Andere toestellen van de keuken niet gebruikt. Terras niet toegankelijk omdat het glad is en de deur niet goed sluit. Lift naar boven, knop op lift om naar beneden te gaan niet aanwezig. WIFI en tv aanwezig. Hal en lift zijn vuil.

This is a 3 unit “hotel” with absolutely no staff on site. The door code for the room they gave me did not work and without roaming on my phone there is no one to ask for the correct code. Since we couldn’t get inside and didn’t want to hope they saw an email in a timely manner we simply left and found somewhere else. I asked Expedia to reach out for a refund since services were not rendered they refused without “video evidence”. If anyone ever checked on the place they’d know that code didn’t work or the equipment was broken. We’re taking it up with the credit card company to refute the charge. I’m not paying for 4 nights somewhere I never even got into the room! On top of that, the lobby smelled like sewage, there were piles of trash bags outside the front door on an otherwise nice street, in the corner between the room door and the elevator there was disgusting sludge, and on top of all that google doesn’t recognize the name to map it. If only the bogus positive reviews had been deleted before I booked! Expedia should delist this hotel, the management is totally not up to par.

Pros: excelente ubicacion, espacio agradable, buen tamaño de habitacion. Cons: poca limpieza, el acceso para la habitacion es confuso, por un lado te mandan el codigo de la keybox que no coinicide y por otro te dan el del codigo de la puerta digital, de no ser por encontrar el codigo de la puerta digital en la aplicacion no logro entrar y en el telefono que ponen no contestan

Review is for Room 301 Pros: Central location, beautiful view of skyline, modern loft layout, outdoor space, clean space Cons: Sewer odor emanating periodically from ensuite bathroom; lack of basic toiletries and dishwashing soap; absence of iron and hair dryer; broken sofa, defective security/fire alarm resulting in loud noise during early hours of the morning. invalid contact telephone posted throughout the apartment - so unable to contact property manager in an emergency.
