”Lovely place to stay! The owners are fabulous and the surroundings (working vineyard & farm) are beautiful. Mine was only a one night stay but would love to revisit when I have more time. Hi speed internet worked great. Bed was amazingly comfortable & there was a kitchenette with table & chairs. Huge closet, full size fridge & microwave. The front porch is a delight. I was on a fast trip to look for horses in Bath, NC. It was well worth the 40 minute drive. Would have loved to ride the free...

”Room smelled musty the entire time we were there. Even after running the a/c for hours as well as the bathroom. It just felt kind of damp/humid the entire time in the room. Beds were fine, most staff was eager to talk with us as we walked by, breakfast was fine as well nothing spectacular but filling. The location is phenomenal for everything close by. Outback within walking distance and so is the rest of the area in the downtown area. Loved the area for what we did get to see.”

She greeted us and allowed us a late check out so we could get more shut eye and a chance to walk around and explore New Bern downtown. Breakfast was superb. The dining room was well equipped with fresh fruits and brownies. I highly recommend Meadows Inn.”
