"A Suara" is a 3-room semi-detached house of 75 m2, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it an ideal vacation rental for families or small groups seeking a comfortable and stylish retreat. The living and sleeping area features 1 double sofabed, a dining table, a television, and air conditioning, with direct access to the covered terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with its own air conditioning unit. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds, each 80 cm wide and 190 cm in length, also benefiting from individual air conditioning. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space, creating a bright and functional environment. The property features 1 shower room with WC. A roofed terrace of 20 m2 extends the living space outdoors, furnished with terrace furniture and a barbecue area, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation.
