”Literally the best stay and Brandon went above and beyond! I will always stay here when I visit my daughter at Baylor!”

”The room was clean and comfortable. Well maintained. Sad that breakfast is non-existent, but we took our own breakfast. Whataburger is 1 block away.”

”Rooms was clean, staff asked preference of floor which was a first for me! Breakfast was good. Air conditioning worked so well. Few things are room smelled a little off and the toilet kept running but other than that a good hotel for our overnight stay!”

”Yes but it was broken busted, bugs can get in from outside. No the floor was filthy dirty not been mopped. Then when I wipe up water from tub the floor were very dirty. Turn my white socks very dirty., may not be able to even bleach them. Need weather stripping, and a lot of repair that were previously damaged, I took pictures of all so I not be blamed.... There's more I should have been charged for the stay at all .. should of had a free night... More but I'm tired didn't sleep at all ... They...

”Parking was fine and very close to Baylor. When we got to the room, the sheets were stained. Headed to the bathroom and only had two towels and one washcloth even though we indicated 4 people would be staying in that room. Our other room had no shower curtain and when we called for one the staff handed us the curtain and walked away expecting us to hang it ourselves. ”

”The place did not feel safe at all. It looked like people were living there, including homeless individuals. There was spit in the elevator, a pile of human poop in the parking lot, and people were throwing trash out of the windows. Regardless of how “cheap” it may be, I would not stay here again.”

”I drove to Waco from Beaumont, Texas to attend my grand-daughter"s college graduation. After dealing with highway construction, I was too tired to enjoy my normal swimming in a hotel pool. But the hotel room was so clean, so comfortable and so quiet that I slept until Saturday morning. The breakfast was very good bagels, crean cheese, sausage, and a choice of juices plus with fresh fruit.”

”No towels in room. Elevator not working had to go through the stairs. Asked for bedding for the sofa bed at 9pm and didn’t get it until 11:30 at night. They only had one employee in front desk that was being overworked. ”
