”There were initial problems because the owner didn't speak English. But we worked them out by texting. The electric went out the first night because of a storm, which caused the water to ho out. He came immediately to reset the water breaker. The view can't be beat and there's access to a private beach.”

”Everything about this cottage was stellar, the views, the amenities, the location. We were disappointed at the surrounding property has been impacted by drought or other neglect, so the vineyards were dead, and the olive trees under stress. The club and pool were never promised, but we hoped they might be available to us. Ocean access was via a rough path and very limited. Overall, I highly recommend this listing, but encourage transparency about the current conditions.”
