Excellent besides cold shower
The stay was almost excellent. However, there was no hot water available in the morning when I had a shower, so I had to take a cold one :(

This is all we needed. Clean comfortable room, excellent bkfs buffet included, friendly staff and good location, within walking distance to the airport and city center, or use the bus that stops in front of the hotel, every 30 minutes.

Not so sure about the security light near the door to the room, on the inside. If you wake up it can be difficult to go back to sleep as the light shows up the room. It's best to face the other way if you tend not to sleep through the night. Otherwise, the pillows and mattress were comfortable and everything else with the hotel (staff and amenities) were perfect.

Check in was quick and efficient; area where the hotel is located is very convenient to the city centre and Ocean Village. An easy 15 minute walk from the airport to the hotel is a game changer. Room was comfortable, however pressure from the shower needs improving. B’fast buffet could have been better. Very limited choices. With all that said, location makes this place good value for money.

Staff were very happy and so helpful. Hotel was a walk from the airport. Bus stop just outside hotel too. Breakfast was good and varied. Bar available. Small supermarket a few minutes walk away. Hotel room was great and large. Would definitely return.

Enjoyed our overnight stay. Young lady at reception was exceptionally helpful. Room was modern, well appointed. Breakfast had lots of choices, both hot and cold. Parking was ver easy, which is unusual in Gibratar where finding parking is a blood sport.

Stayed for a couple of nights on a work trip. The rooms are fairly spacious, the windows do open (which is becoming rare in some hotels) and the shower was pretty decent. The bad bits, check-in took ages as the room key wouldn't work, car park is just a couple of on street spaces behind the hotel and the breakfasts is pretty limited. For a couple of nights will do but I wouldn't recommend for longer periods.

Chosen because of proximity (walking distance, on the flat) from the airport. Not noisy as very few flights, and even though busy road outside, wasn’t any noise once inside. Perfect access, excellent bus services into city, or 15 minutes easy walk, very pleasant staff, and full buffet English breakfast included in the price (or continental if preferred) would thoroughly recommend as a base to explore this intriguing historic area.

Both my son and myself enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn It was clean had lovely soap in the bathroom. The TV had sky which was great , in a fantastic location and the breakfast was good.

Short walk to Ocean Village, Main St, Gibraltar cable car etc. but very doable. We were able to get a parking spot at hotel - request it when booking. Had dinner there first night as were tired - not very good. But breakfast was nice.

A little disappointed.
Convenient location within walking distance of the airport. The room was nice, but for the price I was expecting a mini fridge and reliable hot water. The water never got more than lukewarm. Also, the partial glass wall in the shower allowed for a wet bathroom floor no matter how careful I was. The breakfast buffet was decent. Friendly staff.
